\u201cNo Choice in the Matter: Migrants\u2019 experiences of arrest, detention and deportation<\/strong>\u201d is a new report by MMN which provides an in-depth and systematic analysis of arrest, detention and deportation as experienced on the ground by migrants.<\/p>\n

An initial version of this report was published in June 2013, which was used to initiate a policy dialogue with the Immigration Bureau in Thailand to discuss the list of recommendations. Details of this policy dialogue are published in this updated version of the report.<\/p>\n
